Party A XRUI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as Party A)Registered Address Room B, 16F, Eubank Plaza, 9 Chiu Lung Street, Central, Hong Kong
The User (hereinafter referred to as Party B)
Party A only accepts Party B's refund applications under the following agreed circumstances, and the specific rules are as follows
3.1 Initial Refund Period (Exclusive to New Services)
Within [3-7 days] after Party B makes the first payment for a newly subscribed service, if Party B is unsatisfied with the service or the service does not conform to the agreed description, Party A may, at its discretion, handle a full or partial refund for Party B based on the actual situation.
3.2 Refund Before Service Activation
If Party B applies to terminate the service and process a refund before the official activation of the service, Party A shall fully refund all service fees paid by Party B without any handling charges.
3.3 Refund After Service Activation
After the official activation of the service, refunds shall be handled in accordance with the following two circumstances
- If Party B is unable to normally use the service due to reasons attributable to Party A (such as server hardware failure, system abnormality, etc.), Party A shall refund the corresponding portion of the service fees to Party B based on the ratio of the actual service downtime to the total service period;
- If Party B applies for a refund due to its own reasons (including but not limited to misoperation, demand change, illegal use, etc.), the fees corresponding to the already used service period shall not be refunded, and the fees for the unused part shall be refunded proportionally (if applicable).
3.4 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Under the following circumstances, Party A shall not provide any refund services
- Fees related to monthly or annual renewal orders of the service;
- The service usage duration has exceeded the refund period agreed in these rules;
- The service is suspended or terminated because Party B violates platform rules or relevant laws and regulations;
- Fees related to domain name registration, value-added additional services, and one-time fee items;
- Fees related to consumed bandwidth, resources, and dedicated hardware.
3.5 Anti-Malicious Refund and Refund Processing
- Anti-Malicious Refund Each Party Beach service is limited to one refund application. If Party A suspects any improper behavior such as malicious refund or fraud, it has the right to reject Party B's refund application and shall not bear any relevant liability.
- Refund Processing Approved refund applications will be returned to Party B's original payment method within 7–15 business days.
- Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
- Party A shall endeavor to ensure the normal and stable operation of the provided servers and relevant services, provide 7×24-hour technical support, and respond promptly to Party B’s reasonable technical consultations and fault repair requests.
- Party B shall strictly comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and use the servers and services provided by Party A in a lawful and compliant manner. Party B is prohibited from engaging in any illegal acts, acts endangering network security or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others by using the services, including but not limited to sending spam messages, launching cyber attacks, copyright infringement and piracy. In case of any violation by Party B, Party A has the right to suspend or terminate the services without assuming any liability for breach of contract, and all resulting losses shall be borne by Party B.
